What does it mean neutral???

If Greece support Kosovo, we will destroy Greece! Greece will become Macedonia. Greece, our hope is on your brain. If your stupid Tsipras suport Kosovo, Serbia and Russia will support Macedonia. Tsipras will gate stupid poents from US, but Greece will lose god friendship and support.
