This article is in decent shape, but it needs more work before it becomes a Good Article.

1. Is it reasonably well written?

   A. Prose quality:

   In the After Eurovision section, it would be more encyclopedic if "#1" and "#8" were changed to "number one" and "number eight". In the At Eurovision section, "nineteenth" ---> "19th".
