[edit]

I suggest the other page be merged with this one. For most of the time that the track was known as Greenwood, it was most important as a harness track – that is, as Greenwood Raceway. Not only were the harness meetings longer but they featured a higher level of cpmpetition. No million-dollar purses during the thoroughbred meetings, for example. Another Greenwood Raceway

[edit]

There is another Greenwood Raceway. It's a paved auto race track a bit south of Indianola, Iowa. It's been closed for quite some time - since the late 1960's, but it hosted many notable auto racing events in its heyday. Any way to add a disambiguation page to this?

In reference to the above the sports car track in Iowa is often mistakenly referred to as Greenwood Raceway but its real name was Greenwood Roadway, never Raceway. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 208.19.203.13 (talk) 19:12, 17 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
