I moved out the material below, as I am really not sure what it is doing in the article. Do the names refer to decisions in legal cases? Itsmejudith 21:31, 21 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Micheal Jucious - " Any Discontent or dissatisfaction , whether expressed or not expressed, whether valid or not valid, written or not written arising out of anything connected with the company that an employee thinks, believes or even feels is unfair, unjust or inequitable"

Keith Davis - " Any real or imaginative feeling of personal injustice which an employee has concerning (h)is(/her) employment relationship"

Grievance Committee

1. In case where the union is recognized two representatives of the management plus a union representative and the union departmental representatives of the Department in which the workmen concerned work. 2. In the case where the Union is not recognized or there is no union but a workers committee. Two representative of the management plus the representatives of the Department of the workman concerned or works committee plus either the Secretary or Vice President of the Works Committee this is in case the secretary of the Works Committee is also the Workman’s departmental representatives. It is, their suggested that in the case of management, their representatives should be Departmental Head plus the official who dealt with the matter at the first stage, or the Personnel officer should act as an adviser. The size of the Grievance Committee should be limited to a maximum of four to six; otherwise it becomes unwieldy.
