It would be interesting to see analytic solutions (not only differential equations) to some simple cases, e.g. steady state shape of watertable in large homogenous aquifer (with or without some average rainfall) if drained either with constant flow or to a certain depth at one point or along a line

How can capillary effects e.g. in silt aquifers be included?[edit]
