Dam - severely damaged in 2017 hurricane - emergency repairs[edit]
Coverage of emergency repairs to the dam. Damage threatened collapse, as is well known. Less spectacular, but also important: The damage cut off the main source of water to a huge area; pumps were added, to restore the water supply function; this is a temporary installation. I didn't see a date for the video, but from internal reference, I think the video was composed in Dec. 2017. I haven't edited the article to use these sources, but I hope someone either uses these refs or finds something better. Oaklandguy (talk) 22:15, 6 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
