  • You need to be consistent with the dates in the references. Some of them are "December 31, 2016" or "14 March 2015".
    • Apply that to the rest of the article too. You can't have different date formats in the lead and in the content.
  • "they had worked on" Worked on what?
  • There is more info that could be pulled from the reference #3, such as what happened in the 2012 Olympics, decrease in the size of the delegation, etc.
  • "He appealed the ruling, but after twelve hours learned it was unsuccessful. He thought the video evidence was unclear on whether he stepped on the line." You should reword it so the two sentence don't start with the same word.
  • "Guam received a Universality invitation" Capitalization error?
    • I think per FINA it should be capital, per Wikipedia it should not be, so removed it. Kees08 (Talk)
  • A time for Shimizu should be mentioned in the prose.
  • "Qualifiers for the latter rounds of all swimming events were decided on a time only basis, therefore positions shown are overall results versus competitors in all heats." [citation needed]
    • It is just explaining the table, and how they could be placed 43rd when there are only a few people in a heat. Is there a better way to display the note? Kees08 (Talk)
  • Reference 11 needs a date.
  • Reference 12 needs access-date.
  • Reference 13 needs an archive date.

Should be it for now.Nova Crystallis (Talk) 04:49, 22 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]
