Just read the article, and I have no idea what Guerrilla Diplomacy is. I know where it came from, that it's innovative, what it's designed for, that it is more public than public, who invented it, what it responds to, etc... There's a lot of passive voice about motivation and no definition or explicit example along with what makes it guerrilla. Define things by saying what they are, not what they do, why they exist, what they aren't, who invented them etc... 97.121.170.211 (talk) 14:54, 14 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
