Costs of guerrilla warfare[edit]

In addition to guerrillas tying up troops, as in Mosby's Rangers, the article might be strengthened by noting other costs of them - not only actual deaths, but property damage, and also damage to civil institutions as Union governments tried to cope.--Parkwells (talk) 18:39, 23 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
