perty generic[edit]

the term "battery computer system" in perty generic. if there are no objections I might hijack this and expand it to include all army gun computers (as opposed to the squidly kind) Brian in denver (talk) 19:40, 5 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

by the ealy 80's most FA units were using the pockett calculater, the FADAC was such a delicate piece of junk it never left the supply room. the TI-59 was an unofficial private purchase, so theres no "official" history of it. in FDC use. just eyewittness accounts of us people who were there. Fire controll systems[edit]

it appears that complete systems got there own M-number, like the M33 fire controll system that replaced the WWII, components of the stratosphere gun, and were adapted into the nike system, unfortunatly the waters have been muddied by the use of worthless madison ave. acroynims like lopar and hipar, ect. and its very hard to match these components to proper jeteds nominclature. so trying to find the M-number for the computer of the M33 fire controll system might be an impossable chore.Brian in denver (talk) 19:42, 15 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

M1 gun data computer[edit]

might have been built by ford, anybody know for sure? Brian in denver (talk) 22:09, 4 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
