Low importance ?[edit]

I am rather surprised by this classification. By all accounts Hélène Jégado probably killed about three dozen people over a period of 18 years. As serial killers go this is actually rather a lot, at least it was until quite recently. Is there a World record for length of career, and if so how is she placed?
