H.V Meyerowitz was my grandfather. I am very interested in the source of your information especially regarding his family history and early life. I have significant information on Eva his wife who was also a prominent artist and anthropologist. Ruthmeyerowitz (talk) 08:32, 18 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The sources I used are all given at the bottom of the article. Of those, the most detailed account of his life is given in Michael Cardew's autobiography. As Cardew know him personally and worked with him at Achimota, I expect the information comes directly from Cardew's conversations with Meyerowitz. His wife Eva always seems to be in the background of the accounts I've read. Perhaps she deserves an article to herself? Marshall46 (talk) 21:53, 19 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Two books by Eva: Meyerowitz, Eva L. R.; Akan Traditions of Origin, London (published around 1950) i.e. 1952 // Meyerowitz, Eva L. R.; At the court of an African King, London 1962. Basic details about her would be a useful addition to the article.--Johnsoniensis (talk) 17:30, 16 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
