Fleet: EMD 66?

According to a forum article - with a picture for reference - HSL would also operate or have operated an EMD class 66? Confusingly, the forum article calls it a class 77, a designation used at one time for a France-only model of this engine. Please check <url>https://www.hgbtf.net/viewtopic.php?f=42&t=14635</url>.
