  • Masalha (1997, p4) says most of Habla was destroyed on 22 June 1967. I don't have this source. Zerotalk 05:06, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
  • Guerin, Samarie II", p367-8. Zerotalk 05:06, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can't seem to find Habla in Samaria Tome II [1]. Any tips on how to spell it? Tiamuttalk 08:50, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Nevermind I found it [2]. Tiamuttalk 09:12, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Maps[edit]

  • See this. Is there any way to make a copy or derivative work of this? As you can see, Habla is completely encirlced by the barrier along with Ras Atiya. Its as bad as Qalqilya. I'm looking for sources that discuss this further (here's one, but I don't know much about Occupational Hazard and am worried it won't be accepted as RS by those seeking to keep such information out). Anyway, thoughts on how we can get a representation of this image, if any? Tiamuttalk 09:54, 30 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I can draw a portion of this public-domain CIA map for 2008. But it would be worth tracking down the background for the indications "Completed fence: to be dismantled" (thin solid red line) and "Planned fence" (dotted red line). Zerotalk 10:21, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I'll see what I can find. Tiamuttalk 10:37, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
How about this map? The boundaries of the built-up areas are indistinct on the CIA map and so might need correction yet. Please tell me of any errors. Zerotalk 14:29, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
That looks great. I see two minor typos ("Suppose" should be "supposed" and "Kirbat Ra's at Tirah" should be "Khirbat ...."), but otherwise, excellent. Thanks very much Zero0000. Tiamuttalk 15:16, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Fixed. Zerotalk 15:39, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks again. I've added it here and at Ras Atiya, Azzun, Qalqilya, among others. Cheers. Tiamuttalk 15:48, 2 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
