The following are the reasons for the deletion:

1) The paragraph promotes Udug Ltd. without disclosing that is seeking long term concession of the Hafun salt fields in competition with other similar companies. 2) The paragraph is misleading as it states: “The first phase of the initiative… saw the historic salt works in both towns refurbished..” As of today, there has been no refurbishment of any structure on both towns. 3) It quotes “Redd Engineering” as a source without disclosing that Redd Engineering was hired by Udug Ltd. 4) As a reference, the paragraph makes use of an article on a local Somali webpage. The article is again a promotion piece of Udug Ltd and relies entirely, by quoting them, on information provided by two of the three principals of Udug Ltd. (Guled Mussa and Amina Mohamed – see company webpage at uduglimited.com) and Lowry Redd of Red Engineering, who was hired by the same Udug Ltd.
