This article should not be speedy deleted as having no substantive content, because... (Ms. Haleh Ghoreishi is one of outstanding Iranian Professors in the field of anthropology and her interest areas are management diversity and multiculturalism. And she has made contributions to the Iranian community in The Netherlands.
