Expected deletion discussion[edit]

I see that users have created pages for this band at this and at Ham sandwich twice now, both times deleted. I expect a AfD discussion, indeed I would almost be disappointed if SysOps missed it, after the last article was so soundly voted out. That said, I'm readying this article full of references, and will get it properly categorized and find other articles that should link to it.--Patrick Ѻ 00:50, 27 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hot Press (magazine) seems to have a number of original article (not press releases) in their archives, which are included in the external links. If there was some way we could get access to them, it would not only benefit the article, but would surely establish notability according to criteria 1 at WP:BAND.--Patrick Ѻ 12:11, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'd be really surprised if it's the same Derek Nally that ran for the presidency in 1997. 'Derek' and 'Nally' are both very common names in Ireland. He'd be 72 now and while a seemingly nice guy in interviews, he didn't strike me as being all that hip. I'm removing the link but leaving the name. Antoin (talk) 01:25, 11 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Page tidy[edit]

I think this page could do with a bit of an overhaul. There are some formatting issues (both in the structure and content) and there is a huge amount of unreferenced or irrelevant/repeated information. If nobody has any objections, I'm going to give the page a bit of an overhaul, tidying up the layout/prose and adding references where needed.
