The Third Man[edit]

Schneeberger was also the second unit cinematographer on the 1949 British classic, The Third Man. Most notably, he was responsible for the final scene in the Zentralfriedhof cemetery, famous for the long final shot. Director's Assistant Guy Hamilton spoke about this in an interview - actually the special commentary - which was included on some copies of the DVD and Blu-ray releases.
