Conflict of interest[edit]

Hello - I am the creator of the page. Would like to address the flag about me having a personal connection with the subject of this bio page.

I have been working closely with the subject in the creation of this page. However, that does not mean there has been any bias. I think there are two big reasons why we should remove this flag: 1. I have cited and backed up the piece in depth, providing numerous links and quoting others when providing any judgment statements. 2. I am a professional journalist. I previously wrote pieces about this subject and I had never written a Wiki entry before. I thought it was a good opportunity to dig into this community and see how it works. The artist himself told me he wouldn't mind having a page so I went ahead and did some research and put it all together. Yes with his assistance, but I don't see how that is necessarily problematic.

Can anyone help me out here. I am happy to provide my identity and credentials if needed.

Am I overlooking or misunderstanding how these pages are created?

Since you have a single-purpose account and created this article in cooporation with the subject, that seems like a pretty blatant conflict of interest. I will help you, although you seem to have taken an argumentative stance. I will take photographs for you, if I can locate any of the works in public places in Toronto.
