@Navneet367: if you are in fact the subject of this article, working on it yourself is frowned upon. Ditto if you are closely associated as in wife or mentee. If not, I have made some specific suggestions. If so, I have added the article to a number of categories that should bring it to the attention of people who can improve it. Also possibly should consider incorporating some of the results above. The more references the better, really. But if this is you, please comment on this page and have some other editor make the page if they agree. Areas for improvement[edit]

Clearly started as a resume, although I believe I have established that he is notable enough not to delete, therefore removing prod. Formatted part of text as list to make clear the extent of his history, but this should be converted to narrative by someone familiar with the subject matter. Could really use a rewrite for organization. I have not de-orphaned, though I may come back to do this -- he has been director of or associated with multiple organizations notable enough to have their own web page, so linking from those would fix the orphan status. Most importantly, it needs a lot more sources to indicate that the gentleman's work has been noticed by the public at large. If these issues are not addressed, future editors could call for the article to be deleted..
