"better source needed" flag[edit]

Why are the references to the Medieval Lands database (MedLands) not a reliable reference? The further back in history the subject is, the less likely that primary sources are accessible; secondary references must therefore be cited. MedLands has primary references, is referenced more specifically to secondary references, volume and page, than most secondary sources, and approximating inferences are referenced with the logic used.
