Goomar or comarè?

[edit]

With regard to a recent correction, goomar is the spelling used on the DVD subtitles, but according to this website, comare has no accent and its alternate spelling is goumada. Is goomar the actual pronunciation of comare and the DVD producers have just spelled it phonetically? Chris 42 11:41, 15 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes, I'm pretty sure the DVD producers just don't know how to spell. I vote to either speed it comare or goumada. Spelling it goomar is tacky. I have the exact same opinion with capacola and gabagool. Geeky Randy 02:06, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Once Upon A Time in New Jersey?

[edit]

Starting at 4:05, during the scene where Ralphie turns down Tony's drink, I'm pretty sure the tune playing in the casino is an Ennio Morricone theme for one of Sergio Leone's westerns. That, combined with the long, silent pauses and close-ups on the characters' faces during the confrontation makes it an obvious reference to spaghetti westerns. I think the theme might be from For A Few Dollars More, but I don't have a soundtrack so I can't be sure. Anyway, it would be nice to add that to Media References if it can be confirmed... 216.239.87.73 10:27, 4 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Sopranos ep308.jpg

[edit]

Image:Sopranos ep308.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
