Proposal: This article should contain a chart with the standards for manufacturing modern headboards. In specific, the measurements from the floor to the center of the mounting holes in each leg, and also the distance between the centers of the mounting holes on the two legs (for each bed width). A maximum bolt diameter should also be listed. This information is available somewhere, I just can not find it on the internet. That is why I came here, and I am disappointed not to find it here.

Better still, there should be a listing of all specifications for modern beds, (mattress, frame and headboards) under 'Beds' and a pointer back from headboards to the specification information under beds.

This is my first entry in Wikipedia, and I apologize if it is poor form. If someone could point me to sites on the internet where I could find this information, I would be pleased to format the information for use in this article.
