Significant expansion[edit]

I expanded and reworked this article to have more clarity in the introduction, and to cover a broader scope, not just mentioning marketing terminology, but giving a perspective of it in practice and most importantly significantly more regulatory coverage. Some next steps for this article might include: less US-centric focus (I added some Singapore/Canadian content) and a deeper dive into some specific healthcare marketing techniques and practices.
