While this article refers to the Musical "Cats", the Heaviside Layer far predates the musical. The article should be a redirect to the section in the "Kennelly–Heaviside layer" article on Cats. Geoffrey.landis (talk) 04:21, 21 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed rename[edit]

Heaviside Layer -> Heaviside Layer (Cats) as this has nothing to do with the physical Heaviside layer or the Kennelly–Heaviside layer as Wikipedia ponderously has it. Wikipedia articles often have trouble distinguishing between reality and fantasy. --Wtshymanski (talk) 20:25, 23 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
