New enough, long enough, all paragraphs cited. ALT0 short enough, sourced and interesting; I prefer ALT0. No neutrality problems found, no copyright problems found, no maintenance templates found. QPQ done. Good to go.--Launchballer 11:46, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Miraclepine: A few quick questions. How do you know she's American? Is there a source? Also, the Biography has a sentence saying, "Her ancestors moved to the country..." Which country? Perhaps Lebanon? Edge3 (talk) 02:23, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Edge3: Per MOS:CONTEXTBIO, for most BLPs we prefer the country, region, or territory, where the person is currently a citizen, national, or permanent resident. And since Watenpaugh got her BA, MA, and PhD at a US university and has subsequently worked full-time in the US for the past few decades (as is sourced in the article), I think this can fit in practice.
It is Lebanon, but I didn't name it in Her ancestors moved to the country when writing the article because it's redundant to the previous sentence Watenpaugh, an ethnic Armenian, was born in Beirut, the capital and largest city of Lebanon. Since it's still redundant, I've compromised in specifying by changing "the" to "that". ミラP@Miraclepine 15:58, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for explaining! That resolves my concerns. Edge3 (talk) 18:03, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
