Failed "good article" nomination[edit]

This article has failed its Good article nomination. This is how the article, as of August 4, 2020, compares against the six good article criteria:

1. Well written?: The tone of the article is consistent, with plenty of sections that need to be rewritten to a professional standard.
2. Verifiable?: Several paragraphs lack inline sources, as do sections with visible tags.
3. Broad in coverage?: The history section skips over decades of potential events between 1900 and 1980. Also missing are standard city sections on neighborhoods, large employers, government, politics, culture, arts, sports, historic landmarks, architecture, parks, infrastructure, transportation, and healthcare, among others.
4. Neutral point of view?: Seems to be generally fine, but the history section does not include viewpoints that run counter to the pro-growth narrative.
5. Stable?: Pass Pass
6. Images?: The gallery sections have to go. Other images are generally okay but need better captions.

This article needs a lot of expansion to meet the bare minimum of the GA criteria. The long list sections should also be replaced with prose.

When these issues are addressed, the article can be renominated. If you feel that this review is in error, feel free to have it reassessed. Thank you for your work so far.— SounderBruce 05:26, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
