On names: Russian names make me want to cry, so I've just aimed for internal consistency. I defaulted to Helena (rather than Elena) because "H. A." are the initials I've seen associated with scientific publications. There are a host of variant spellings (Timoféeff-Ressovsky, Timofeev-Ressovsky, Timofeev-Resovskij, etc.) so if any editors are sufficiently well-informed as to preferred transliteration conventions, have at it.
