Dinwoody or Dinwoodey?

[edit]

User:Archutah96 got my attention with edits changing spelling in these edits at Henry Dinwoody House article. I would be very glad to hear as to how one knows the spelling is supposed to be "Dinwoodey". NRHP nomination documents can indeed be wrong. But we need a reliable source for the new spelling, too. I may reverse your edits in the article for now, but will add note at wp:NRIS info issues UT towards fixing the situation by consulting with Utah SHPO staff. --Doncram (talk) 05:27, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

The NRHP document for Gibbs-Thomas House, i.e. Peter Brown (January 23, 1984). "National Register of Historic Places Inventory/Nomination: Gibbs-Thomas House". National Park Service. Retrieved May 23, 2019. With accompanying two photos from 1984, shows "Dinwoodey" consistently. I take that to be confirmation of Archutah96's info. --Doncram (talk) 05:41, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

text copied from or to here?

[edit]

I notice identical text at Dinwoodey Mansion webpage. Which came first, did they copy wording from here or vice versa? Wording here may need to be changed as this is both a copyright and a plagiarism issue. --Doncram (talk) 05:57, 23 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
