The story adds to the wealthy theme of the article and without it the Twenty-first century section is very short. I think it should be in the article. Johnragla (talk) 09:15, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
It is trivial and I don't see why this article needs a 'wealthy theme': the lead already mentions that it is the most expensive suburb, twice. The citation itself is just a promo piece for the real estate listing, and obviously the 21st century section will be shorter than the 18th and 19th sections.
