Shouldn't this just be at Otto Flick? Herr is not part of his name.--75.68.134.170 (talk) 23:30, 14 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Complete no,remember, even Helga calls him "Herr Flick".--218.186.12.216 (talk) 03:47, 24 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I wonder who plays Herr flick on season 9 after the "plastic operation" —Preceding unsigned comment added by Leon - The Professional (talkcontribs) 01:10, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Flick the Gestapo"[edit]

I rather suspect that the joke isn't the similarity of "Flick" to stick, but rather to a certain other one-syllable word beginning with F... 86.132.137.179 (talk) 00:45, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I always thought that the caller mistook it for: "flip" the Gestapo. 87.249.173.125 (talk) 23:11, 23 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The german for f**k is 'fick'. Nice joke if you know a bit of german. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:74:4E4E:BE86:A840:72CA:5EED:B96A (talk) 07:17, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Prototype of Herr Flick?[edit]

In Soft Beds, Hard Battles Peter Sellers plays Herr Schroeder, a character much like Herr Flick. (Famous quote: When his companion asks wat he did before the war he says: "I was a tax inspector".) The character is so similar, I think, that there must be a connection. Any sources for that? Jan Arkesteijn (talk) 11:13, 26 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
