Developer[edit]

Looks like the condo developer was sued by residents; anyone have status on this?

"We couldn't believe what we saw," said Gene Prowizor, a 33-year industry veteran and president of A Aa Building Inspection Service. Prowizor said the findings spurred him to recommend that people not live in the Higgins. "You couldn't pay me to buy a unit in that building."
