Hi - just a couple of small things: (1) for how long should we describe the bypass as "new" in the lead paragraph? and (2) any chance of a photo for the top of the finished tunnel portal or similar? The current photo was great while it was under construction but seems perhaps a little wrong now and could be usefully moved down if something current were available for the top. What do you think?
