this article lacks of some recent informations about yap e taz signaling: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/21654799 http://0-www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.elis.tmu.edu.tw/pubmed/23245942 i'm italian, i'm not very good in english.. someone could do this? - 18 January 2013‎ 1702micky

#1 "Role of YAP/TAZ in mechanotransduction"
#2 Inaccessible - but https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23245942/ is "Role of TAZ as mediator of Wnt signaling"
Anyone looked at them ? Article doesn't use either yet. Any use ? - Rod57 (talk) 11:04, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hippo and the liver

"Hippo Signaling in the Liver Regulates Organ Size, Cell Fate, and Carcinogenesis" Patel et al.
"Yes-associated protein 1 and TAZ activation have been associated with liver development, regeneration, and tumorigenesis. How their activity is dynamically regulated in these contexts is just beginning to be elucidated. We review the mechanisms of Hippo signaling in the liver and explore outstanding questions for future research."
Figure 1 shows the signalling interaction graph. - Rod57 (talk) 11:44, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

No graphic of the signalling interactions

[edit]

In the absence of a graphic showing the signalling interactions, could we have a summary of the signalling, eg Fat->(Hpo,Msn,Hppy,Sav)->Wts->inhibit Yki/YAP/TAZ... ? - Rod57 (talk) 10:58, 19 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
