Message to Russia[edit]

I haven't seen this. Did the film go into Byrnes goading Truman into dropping the bomb unnecessarily as a message to the Russians to stay out our way? There can be only one...TheKurgan (talk) 03:05, 6 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
