The website for Chico Beat appears to have changed. It's no longer an English-language source and doesn't appear to relate to the Chico newspaper. The link for the Pioneer Day Parade also appears to be broken. More extensive citation would be appreciated, especially in the 19th Century section. Some wording on the article could also be made more neutral, such as evaluations of landmarks as famous or majestic and potential original research on the association of Halloween and St. Patrick's Day with Chico's youth population.Hoovern (talk) 20:50, 28 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The link for "A Brief History of Bidwell Park" is no longer active. Every fact is not cited with an appropriate source. For instance, it would be helpful if more sources were to be provided for the section entitled "21st Century." More reliable sources could also be used, for instance, something more credible than the website www.taugammatheta.com. Instead, a recently published book relevant to the topic would be more useful. For the source "Rodley Released From State Prison," a library card is needed to access it. A new source could be used to replace this to make it more easily accessible.
