Page Created[edit]

This page was created primarily because the amount of material on the main page (History of County Wexford) relating to this period had become too large. Dneale52 (talk) 08:56, 11 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

This is certainly a scholarly and well written article, but it seems to include a lot of general information about what was going on in Ireland at the time, not specific to Co Wexford. On a local matter, I can't find a reference to the IRA Memorial at Saltmills, and the event it commemorates. Should this be included? Millbanks (talk) 15:21, 11 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Image copyright problem with Image:John Redmond.jpg[edit]

The image Image:John Redmond.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

  • That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
  • That this article is linked to from the image description page.

As per other articles of this sort, I propose renaming this article History of County Wexford (1914–1923). Any objections? Mac Tíre Cowag 08:33, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
