This article fails to mention the death of Bongo and his replacement by his son after a contested election 129.67.160.30 (talk) 18:50, 7 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Very Poor[edit]

This article is extremely poorly written (it describes captives on a slave ship as 'passengers') and even more poorly researched, with the editor virtually admitting to knowing nothing of Gabonese history.
