Also The Sulphur Mountain area tunnels, near Santa Paula, which produced heavy oil from 1866 to 1997! Note this is the same system used today on some of the oil sand deposits (gravity drainage). --Pete Tillman (talk) 17:44, 18 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
