Ninja Tune "ceased promotion" of the album

All sources I've found on this matter are just "a source tells us" {Exclaim!) and "reports suggest" (Attitude). The original "source" is this Toronto Star article. Ninja Tune has, as of my writing this, made no such announcement on their website or social media that they are no longer promoting the record. Maybe they're handling it silently and don't feel compelled to make an announcement, but there is no confirmation on their part that they are stopping promotion and donating all money to trans groups.
