Hi, Hiu is a misspelling that is commonly found for a placename (and a language) which should better be spelt Hiw (and this is mentioned in Hiw island). Hence the redirect; everything true of "Hiu" is also true of "Hiw". By the way I'm a linguist specialised in this area. Cheers, Womtelo (talk) 09:42, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
