Family name
[edit]What is this person's family name (or is this a pseudonym)? It needs the Vietnamese surname disambig at the top. Badagnani (talk) 23:35, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
Needs a complete rewrite
[edit]How does a puff-piece like this last so long? A brief publication search reveals the murky past of this man, yet you will not find any of this well-sourced information anywhere in this article. By way of example, consider this expose by ProPublica and Frontline: https://www.propublica.org/article/terror-in-little-saigon-vietnam-american-journalists-murdered Little grape (talk) 12:05, 21 February 2019 (UTC)
- And, by way of example, my edit with NY Times source correctly describing the 200 'activists' as fighters is immediately reverted. This is supposed to be an accurate, informative article - not a paean. Little grape (talk) 10:34, 4 March 2019 (UTC)
- Agreed. Came here after reading the ProPublica article on this terrorist and was shocked to discover that it is so whitewashed that it describes his failed paramilitary incursion to coup the Vietnamese government, during which he died, as "attempting to enter Vietnam," and his soldiers as "activists." This is unconscionable. --70.160.229.28 (talk) 08:03, 7 October 2020 (UTC)
