– Although the play has more views the pub probably has more long-term significance. Most Google and Images results are for the pub. While main Google results are probably biased due to my location on average Images seems to be far less so such as the fact that while a search for Raleigh on main Google mainly returns the company Images mainly returns the NC city. Regarding the 2nd move the words on the building have "The" and the building is in Kensington unparished area not Chelsea however the website doesn't include "The" in the title and refers to it as being in Chelsea. Alternatively the pub could perhaps be moved to just The Hollywood Arms per WP:SMALLDETAILS as while the absence of "The" likely doesn't distinguish the presence may.
