"the" Taleb distribution[edit]

This article refers to "the" Taleb distribution, not "a" Taleb distribution, implying that that term refers to a particular distribution rather than to a distribution of a particular kind. But the article of that title says otherwise.

More generally, I wonder how someone who writes an article like this expects the reader not to feel offended by the lack of any attempt to say precisely what a holy grail distribution is. There's no attempt at stating a precise definition. Michael Hardy (talk) 23:05, 10 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

"There's no attempt at stating a precise definition." Yes, but this is a problem with Taleb distribution too. Maybe the best thing would be to merge this into that, but I kind of have an ax to grind about Talebism in general so I'd rather not start that myself. --Dnavarro (talk) 15:26, 18 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
