Legislation on hood ornaments

At the very end of the article it goes on to say that hood ornaments are "banned in many European countries, including the UK". Would anybody like to add to this or provide a link to validate the claim. Also, the Rolls-Royce Ghost (2010-Present) has a hood ornament which would therefore apparently illegal in the UK? Doesn't quite add up to me so could somebody please expand on this sentence, thanks Georgebrown92 (talk) 01:24, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
