It seems not possible to make a direct link to the correct page on the english pages of Fortidsminneforenings's stave church pages. Agtfjott 17:45, 25 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

According to the link, Lorem ipsum is 'placeholder text'. If this is so, why are there three examples of it in the article ? Surely it is not needed. 84.130.108.136 20:56, 17 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Moorhead, MN Hopperstad Replica

[edit]

Is it perhaps worth noting on this page that the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead, Minnesota has a full scale replica of the Hopperstad stave church?

The link to the information on the replica is: http://www.hjemkomst-center.com/church/main.htm

It seems that some people might like to know this in case they would like to see the church but can't afford heading to Norway.

If there aren't any objections I'll get around to adding a short blurb about it in a couple of days.

Cheers. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Anungoliant (talkcontribs) 16:03, 15 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Images

[edit]

Does anyone have a problem with me eliminating some of the images? They seem a bit cluttered. ErikTheBikeMan (talk) 19:55, 28 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Madonna

[edit]

The madonna is in fact connected to the nearby Hove church, and not to Hopperstad. See also: http://www.nrk.no/sf/leksikon/index.php/Hove_steinkyrkje I will therefore delete that picture from the article. Hope that's allright. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2karen99 (talkcontribs) 16:37, 6 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
