Feedback
[edit]Better late than never...I think the article looks really good, actually. If anymore information can be found about his NWA career and personal life, this might be a GA candidate. Nikki311 23:22, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- Addition: some non-WWE/reliable sources would be nice. Nikki311 23:27, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
- Another addition: the lead needs to summarize his career better. Nikki311 17:11, 8 September 2008 (UTC)

Speaking
[edit]He actually spoke. Has he done that before? 80.58.205.46 (talk) 20:48, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
- Yes, amidst the usual "animalspeak", he's spoken before, like the in-ring segment on the Raw following the revelation of his being Vinnie Mac's son. He said "It's you and me now, dad" and similar things. He does it ever so rarely during matches and stuff too, you just need to pay attention. Not that it's notable to the article, naturally. --Kaizer13 (talk) 05:15, 13 December 2008 (UTC)
Does Little Bastard really need to redirect here still? It was never his official name, and even as an unofficial name it hasn't been used in a few years now.76.226.107.45 (talk) 00:04, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
- It was his official name. He was acutally announced to the ring with Finlay as "The Little Bastard." Gavyn Sykes (talk) 00:05, 22 July 2009 (UTC)
Mark
[edit]About Mark Henry, I have been wanting to add his recent incarnation as Hornswoggle's cousin to his page, but I have been unable to find an official spelling for it. Mark Swoggle would be replacing Henry with Swoggle, whereas Markswoggle would be replacing Horn with Mark. Furthermore, I have read some reviews of the episode using a dash as Mark-swoggle. I have redirected all 3 of these. Even so, we should only list 1 on Mark's page, but we need to find an official source for the right spelling I think, especially if it is going to be listed on the article under Mark's Raw reign. It may be valuable to redirect Mark-swaggle, Markswaggle and Mark Swaggle too, because apparently this is a plausible typo, seeing as how Hornswaggle redirects here. The substitution of an 'a' for the second 'o' is understandable, I did it myself a couple times. This makes me wonder about the nature of Swoggle, is this the ending of a name, or is it possible a family name, and Hornswoggle has merged his first and last names into a single name for himself? Like if Will Smith were to call himself Willsmith. It furthermore begs the question: is Mark the child of one of Finley's siblings, or of Hornswoggle's mothers'? # 1.2.3 Mr. McMahon's illegitimate son; Finlay's legitimate son (2007–2008)
[edit]So who exactly was Finlay legally married to when she had Hornswoggle? This title is both too long and inaccurate, something shorter like "mystery son" except better would be a wiser choice I'm sure. Tony2Times (talk) 21:44, 28 January 2010 (UTC)

Age
[edit]Anyone have any idea how old Hornswoggle is? Would be interesting to list that, since it's difficult to tell. Dictabeard (talk) 06:50, 15 February 2011 (UTC)
Why is he short?
[edit]Is there a specific medical cause for his short stature? Axl ¤ [Talk] 23:29, 2 June 2011 (UTC) He suffers from Achondroplasia, a form of dwarfism. He is NOT A MIDGET! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ckbruinfan (talk • contribs) 15:50, 31 January 2013 (UTC)
Alien Tornado
[edit]I read somewhere that he featured as "Barney" in Alien Tornado, a direct to DVD film. When you type in "Alien Tornado" and "midget" (apologise for that) it comes up with the wikipedia page for Hornswoggle yet there isn't one bit about it on his page. Shouldn't there be mention of it in the "Other Media" sub section?Protenpinner (talk) 12:59, 11 May 2012 (UTC)
"Midget" ?
[edit]In the introduction section, the word "midget" was added in last november by an IP, since it seems to be an offensive word, I'd suppose it's a kind of vandalism that should be reverted, but I'm not a native english speaker so I'm not sure... and in doubt, i prefer to not change the page myself... --Fredb24 (talk) 16:44, 14 March 2013 (UTC)
- I agree that the term seems offensive and the article itself says is a pejorative word, so I have removed it. I don't think a reference to his dwarfism is needed in that sentence anyway but if people disagree a better word can be added back in, dwarf I think is the politically correct term. Stop saying he is the anon GM
[edit]I have added a reference from a recent OFFICIAL article on WWE.com which clearly is not presenting him as the anon GM, only considering him a possibility. Assuming he was the GM all along is wrong, and not supported by evidence. The big Santino reveal was obviously a joke.
- The familiar “da ding” of the Anonymous Raw General Manager certainly didn’t inspire confidence in a fair shake for the WWE Universe when Daniel Bryan’s tenure running Raw came to an end last week. The sinister laptop wasted no time in stirring up trouble when he (she? Hornswoggle?) took over the reins of the red brand.
This excerpt is evidence that Dylan is not absolutely considered the anon GM by WWE. That he is still called "Anonymous" is further evidence of that.
I have amended the article to reflect this, he should only be referred to as an implicated suspect, not a verified role. --184.145.17.158 (talk) 14:24, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
- I created an Anon GM article after you linked several articles to it when it was just a redlink. As for this, I think that we're looking too far into things, I think that these new articles are referring to the current reigning general manager... there's no indication that this Anon GM is the same as the last one. Until we get solid confirmation I will make the language more neutral.LM2000 (talk) 16:57, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
- My edits make it clear that he was unveiled as the Anon GM. WWE can retcon all they want, it doesn't change the fact that we all saw Hornswoggle named as the GM... they even list it as a career highlight on his bio. They can always go back and say that he really wasn't the GM, and if they do we have to reflect that, but we can't pretend it never happened. Nevertheless, the current phrasing doesn't suggest he controlled the show all that time, just that he was exposed as the GM in 2012. We can make further adjustments when solid sources come out.LM2000 (talk) 17:05, 3 December 2014 (UTC)
