Theres clear examples of interviews, awards, explicitly stating Howard's name, some of which are with his wife, shared notability is NOT inherited notability.

I just updated the article's page with verifiable citations, reliable sources, in addition to verified author's personal website which should take care of all the page notability issues. Please let me know if there are any issues with clean-up, I will correct them. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Twikinyc (talkcontribs) 19:25, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

This page should not be speedily deleted because...I just created the page about a minute before it was marked for deletion. I'm adding references, citations, summary to the page, will be working on the page for the next month. --Twikinyc (talk) 18:12, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

To editor Twikinyc: That is not right: the page history shows that you created the page half an hour before it was marked for deletion. The cleanup tags before that were an effort to get you to fix the issues; when tagged, the page did not even assert, let alone support, the idea that the subject is notable (See WP:NAUTHOR for guidance). We cannot allow articles in such a state to remain in the public article space; you can work on articles in the WP:DRAFT namespace or your userspace if you prefer; you won't face pressure to fix them quickly in those places, and you can publish when the article is ready. FYI, social media sites like Linkedin are not considered reliable sources. —swpbT 18:37, 16 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Notability is clearly not inherited from his wife, even if it may look like his wife is as notable as Howard Eisenberg. The content states factual verifiable reliable sources explaining the notable contributions Howard has made with specific examples which include his wife.

Please let me know why someone deleted the bibliography section of the page? I updated major sections of the page, please let me know what the outstanding issues are, if any?
