Not only Peruvian

My family is from Putre and Arica where the practice is still common and is certainly not peruvian. It's done in easter islands, in sicily(known as Forni di terra cruda), in all of bolivia and the andes, and across chile with the name Curanto. We were andean before we were divided by all these borders.
