Hub's Departure From The Roots

[edit]

Not quite sure if I can put this in the article, but I wanted to address the speculation of Hub leaving The Roots. I was at their Montreal show earlier tonight and they had a new bassist, a younger guy named Owen. After the show, I had the chance to speak with Black Thought who confirmed that Hub had "retired" and that tonight's show was Owen's first live show with The Roots. If you wiki gurus think this should be added, please do so.

What instrument?

[edit]

The article needs to say what instrument this person played in The Roots. "Bass" can mean either bass guitar or bass violin. TheScotch (talk) 17:40, 23 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Duh. Electric bass guitar. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.127.152.195 (talk) 03:04, 30 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
